Rules and Regulations:
1. The paper should strictly follow the standard of IEEE.

2. A team should consist of a maximum of 3 members.
3. Abstract should be sent to the following mail id: "insignia@outlook.in" on or before Aug 28.
4. Selected candidates are intimated through mail on or before Aug 30.
5. Only participants who qualify in the preliminary abstract submission round shall be eligible for the final presentation.
6. Presentation should be less than SEVEN minutes. (5 minutes for presentation & 2 Minutes for Queries)
7. Qualified candidates are required to bring one soft copy (preferably in a pen drive) along with them and one hard copy of the technical paper on the day of the event.
8. The decision of the judges and event head shall be treated as final.
